Well Water Filtration Systems for Your Home

Why Invest in Well Water Treatment?
Unlike city water, well water isn’t tested or treated by municipal systems. This means your water may contain naturally-occurring and man-made contaminants that can affect your family’s health and your home’s plumbing. That’s why we offer premium well water filtration for Northeast Iowa and Nebraska homes.
Our top-quality treatment systems can address a variety of well water challenges. Our products help remove:
- Iron – Causes rust stains and metallic taste
- Manganese – Causes metallic taste, smell, and surface and laundry staining
- Hydrogen sulfide – Causes “rotten egg” smell
- Sediment and sand – Makes water appear cloudy and feel grainy
- Bacteria and microorganisms – Can cause serious illness
- Hard water minerals (such as calcium and magnesium) – Causes limescale buildup, appliance and pipe damage, dry skin, dull hair, and worn clothes
- Nitrates – Can be especially dangerous for infants and pregnant women, often caused by fertilizer runoff
- Arsenic – A naturally-occurring contaminant that can cause serious health issues
- Ammonia – Creates unpleasant taste and odor
- Tannins – Cause yellow or brown water, musty odor, poor taste, and may stain laundry and fixtures
- Uranium – A natural, radioactive element that can pose serious health risks if consumed in large amounts or for long periods
- Agricultural chemicals – Pesticides and herbicides that can affect water safety and taste

200D-TURBULATOR
The turbulator replaces a standard riser tube in all our Impression Plus Series water softeners. A turbulator physically moves the resin from the bottom of the bed to the top, stirring up the resin to increase sediment removal and conditioner efficiency. Using a water-stream compression device, a turbulator propels resin beads at high speed to the top of the resin bed, then allows them to settle back to the bottom, completely turning the bed over 3 to 4 times a regeneration. Small sediment that may have accumulated in the bed (like dirt or iron) are scrubbed from the resin beads and washed to the drain. So the bed is constantly turned over and reclassified. The result? Resin beds stay cleaner and last longer!
